02Submitting Orders and Documents

• When requesting a service, please provide accurate contact details and clear, complete documents, specifying the required language, the purpose of the translation, and any special instructions.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the documents and information provided and for having the right or necessary authorization to share them and request their translation.
• The translation service does not include verifying the authenticity of the original document or the accuracy of the facts stated in it.
• If the files are unclear or incomplete, we may request a better copy or additional information before quoting a price or starting work.

03Quotations and Order Confirmation

• Prices are determined after reviewing the documents and service requirements.
• Prices may vary depending on the language, content volume, specialization, formatting, and required delivery timeframe.
• The quotation specifies the scope of work, cost, delivery date, and payment terms.
• Sending an inquiry or documents does not constitute confirmation that work has started; work begins after the order is confirmed and the agreed requirements are met.
• Any addition to or change in the scope of work after confirmation may require an adjustment to the price or delivery date, subject to agreement with the customer.

04Payment

The payment method and due dates are specified in the quotation or the agreement for the order. Any additional fees or applicable taxes will be explained before the service is confirmed.

05Turnaround Time and Delivery

We agree with you on the delivery date and method based on your project requirements, taking the following into account:

• The delivery date is determined according to the nature and volume of the work.
• The turnaround period begins after the necessary documents and information have been received and the conditions for starting work have been fulfilled.
• Customer-requested changes or delays in providing information may affect the delivery date.
• If the date needs to change, we contact the customer to explain the reason and agree on appropriate arrangements.
• The delivery method, whether electronic or printed, is specified in the order agreement.

06Certified Translation and Receiving Authorities’ Requirements

Knowing which authority will receive the translation helps us take its requirements into account. Please note the following:

• Inform us of the authority to which the translation will be submitted before work begins.
• Explain any special requirements, such as the spelling of names, formatting, or required attestations.
• Document acceptance requirements vary between authorities, and acceptance is subject to the receiving authority’s decision.

The service does not include attestation or notarization procedures unless expressly stated in the agreement.

07Review and Revisions

We welcome your feedback on delivered work and review it in accordance with the following provisions:

• Please review the translation upon receipt, particularly names, numbers, and dates.
• If you have comments, please explain them and identify their location in the document.
• Errors resulting from the performance of the service will be corrected at no additional cost.
• Changes to the original document, new content, or revisions outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and time.

08Order Cancellation and Refunds

If your service needs change, please contact us promptly so we can review the order status as follows:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the contact channels listed on this page.
• The possibility of cancellation depends on the stage of execution, work completed, and agreed terms.
• Any refund amount, if applicable, is determined in accordance with the order terms, while respecting the customer’s statutory rights.
